One of the things we like about being a Ford retailer, here at Babbitt Ford Lincoln, is their unwavering commitment to technological innovation. That commitment paid off recently, in the form of a "Best of Innovation" award from the Consumer Technology Association (CTA).
The F-150's Pro Trailer Backup Assist feature allows the consumer to program information for up to ten trailers into the system. When it comes times to throw it in reverse, the driver simply turns a knob on the dash, and the truck takes it from there. The feature impressed Consumer Electronics Show judges enough to award it top marks in the Vehicle Intelligence category.
Best of Innovation contestants are examined by a panel of independent industrial designers, engineers, and members of the trade media. Honorees exude innovative design and engineering, in the latest cutting edge technology.
